Coir loom is suitable to make coir rugs / coir matting / coir mats in Boucle weave, 2x2 / 4x4 weave.

Frame : The complete frame of loom is fitted with the dowel pin at different joints of binders, crank bushes and tappet bushes in order to facilitate foolproof align-meant while erection of the loom.

Crank shaft : Machine forged and grinded edges provided with cast-iron / gunmetal bushes / self-lubricating bushes (optional). Extra middle support provided for rigidity
Crank arm : Made from cast iron / gunmetal bushes / self-lubricating bushes and fitted with gunmetal / self lubricated bushes (optional) and reinforced by steel strapping
Tappet shaft : Superior quality tested I.S. standard bright bar moving on cast iron / gunmetal bushes / self-lubricating bushes and fitted with gunmetal / self lubricated bushes (optional) fitted brakes.
Gears : Hob-cut helical gears to give smooth and noiseless working & uniform quality of fabrics. Double drive for loom above 84” reed space
Weft Insertion : By Rigid Rapier
Weft Insertion speed : 15 mtrs running fabric /hour. depend upon Yarn Count & E.P.I
